The RIDE Instructor Training Module is a 2-Day face-to-face training weekend. The training covers off everything either a new instructor needs to get started with RIDE indoor cycle classes as well as offering the experienced Instructor some new tools to their toolbox no matter their experience.

RIDE is an Australian Made, Australian Owned, Pre-choreographed Indoor Cycle Program designed for the Modern Australian Group Fitness member.

RIDE is suitable for studios equipped with smart technology as well as studios with the traditional 'music, mic & bike' rooms - our programs allow for a scaleable coaching approach that can grow with the needs of your members & your centres offer to members.   

RIDE Resources integrate a ‘ride-to-colour’ coaching/training system - perfect for those members/instructors who have accessto, or wish to integrate smart equipment & wearable fitness tech into their cycle classes.
